How to Login

With the link http://tbankonline.com/SMUtBank_RMBW2, you will be brought to the Web Responsive Retail Mobile Banking. Enter the customer’s LoginID (Username) and PIN that were created using the Retail Branch Teller during the customer creation step.  (See section Create a New Customer.)  Then click the “Get OTP” button.  You will be prompted to fill in the 6-digit One-Time Password (OTP) that will be sent to you via SMS within the next few minutes. After filling in the OTP and clicking on "Sign in", you will be brought to the mobile page. The Mobile Home Page will then be shown, as in Figure 5.10c.
