"SMU Teaching Bank" (or "SMU tBank") exists for academic purposes only, to support banking related coursework, labs, and student projects. SMU tBank applications may only be used under license agreement with SINGAPORE MANAGEMENT UNIVERSITY, a company incorporated in Singapore with its principal place of business at 81 Victoria Street Singapore 188065. Upon obtaining a license agreement, the licensee will be granted a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable and non-transferable limited licence to use the SMU tBank applications and documentation solely for educational purposes during the license term.
